Four new sections have been added to the RESAP onsite observation, none of which will affect the cooperatives being observed in 2023.

Having had three years to recover from the crazy experience of having our 2020 team trapped in Guatemala, we are back on track, hoping to execute our fourth Project ��������� mission early 2024.

COLT is running full steam ahead with apprentice and journeyman refresher classes, and even facilitated its first underground locating workshop with positive results and reviews and saving our memb
