We will take a short hiatus from our current series on the evolution of safety in order to discuss what has kept everyone busy for the last month – the Emergency Work Plan.

RESAP and CtZ Phase 2 is in full swing. We have facilitated 4 of 9 observations to date. It has been a strong year with solid improvements identified in each of the first 4 sessions.

In this issue’s Safety Throwback, we are looking back at COLT Cohort 3 EUT-1100, which was their basic underground class in June of 2006.

A total of 15 ²»Á¼ÈËÑо¿Ëù lineworkers have completed OEC’s ELDT program and now possess their CDLs! That’s great news and it now appears to be slowing down a little bit.

Participation in RECAP continues to grow. There are currently 21 cooperatives that have either gone through the assessment or are signed up to complete the process in 2024.

2024 marks the year that we will finish round one of CtZ Phase 2. CtZ Phase 2 is a very powerful program.
