State Representatives Jon Cross, Susan Machester, and Senator Bill Reineke spoke to the co-op鈥檚 PAC members about the state operating budget, upcoming legislation, and economic and workforce development. Marc Armstrong, OEC鈥檚 Director of Government Affairs, provided a legislative update on the Rural Development Investment Program that could allow co-ops to re-allocate the collected kilowatt-hour tax for use within service territory to promote development and infrastructure improvements.
