Both U.S. Representatives Troy Balderson (R-Zanesville) and Mike Carey (R-Columbus) stopped by separately to visit South Central Power’s brand-new Lancaster office. Each Member of Congress talked with South Central Power staff about legislative issues affecting electric cooperatives and the energy industry, then toured the new facility. Additionally, U.S. Rep. Brad Wenstrup (R-Cincinnati) visited South Central Power’s Hillsboro office, which is less than one year old. Similarly, Rep. Wenstrup talked about legislative priorities and got a first-hand look at the more spacious and state-the-art facility.Ìý
